Our Year 1 children have been busy in the allotment over the last few weeks! The children have planted sunflowers and marigolds but they have also explored the allotment and sketched some of the plants as part of their Science lessons!
Dear Parent / Carer,
I am delighted to inform you that following our recent Ofsted inspection on Tuesday 16th & Wednesday 17th April 2024, our school continues to be rated as a 'Good' school. This achievement reflects all the dedication and hard work of our entire school community.
Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They inspect services providing education and skills for learners of all ages.
I would like to thank all of our parents / carers for your help, support and cooperation. Your involvement and encouragement play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of education and care we provide.
Together, we will continue to strive for excellence and ensure that our children receive the best possible learning experience.

Our Year 1 pupils have been learning about the American artist James Rizzi. They worked hard on creating a representation of his artwork by sketching our school in his style. I am sure you will agree that there are lots of mini artists in Year 1!
Last week our Reception children enjoyed their trip to Windmill Farm Park! The children were able to learn a lot about a range of different animals as well as feed some of the baby goats! All of the children had a fantastic time and they were very well behaved!
Our Reception children have been busy developing their gross motor skills this week. The children have been using rackets and balls to play some team Tennis games. As you can see they have had a great time! Well done everyone!
