Last week our Reception children enjoyed the toy workshop provided by Leicestershire Library Services. 

The children were able to find out about a range of toys from the past and present day.

The School Council launched a competition and asked all the children to design a cover for the Christmas Carol Concert programme. This week the school council have been announcing the winners in our phase assemblies. 

In Rainbows this week the children were split into pairs to work on their teamwork skills. The children had to use their coding skills to program the robot to move along the route. 

This week the children continued to plant their chosen plants and trees around the allotment area in the school grounds. 

The children have really enjoyed taking part in the project across two academic terms and unfortunately the project will be coming to an end at Christmas. 

This week our Year 5 and 6 children have been developing their cooking skills as part of Curriculum Enrichment. 

The children used a variety of tools to make the salad and then mixed it together.
