Signs of Spring!
Published 26/04/23Our Year 1 children have been learning about Spring today in their Science lesson. The children went on a Spring hunt to identify the signs of spring that they could see, hear and smell and they discussed the differences between Winter and Spring. Well done Year 1!

Our playground has had a makeover!
Published 17/04/23During the Easter holidays the playground had a bit of a makeover! Our school character traits have been spray-painted onto the display boards on the playground fence. As well as our character traits we have some new display boards which will display any clubs that are currently taking place and any special events that the school is holding.

Money, Money, Money!
Published 31/03/23Our Year 1 children have been learning about money this week. The children spent time looking at what was the same and what was different about the note denominations of the United Kingdom. Well done Year 1!

Published 31/03/23Our Year 5 children really enjoyed their Forest School session this week! The children were den building and lopping willow in order to make tee-pee poles! One group made a lovely home with chairs and a coffee table by using natural materials!

Published 31/03/23Our Year 1 children have been learning about a range of stories in their English sessions. The children are thoroughly enjoying their new story ‘Coming to England’ which is based on Floella Benjamin’s migration to England from Trinidad.

Published 31/03/23Our Year 1 and 2 children have been enjoying using their new dinner trays for their school dinners! The children have been learning how to be more independent and have carried them carefully through the hall. Happy eating Key Stage One!

Crazy Kurling!
Published 31/03/23Our Year 3 and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed their P.E. lesson today as part of Curriculum Enrichment. The children had to use their Maths skills to support them in adding up the points their team members received whilst developing their curling skills!
