Published 24/05/23Our Year 1 children have been learning to use a variety of materials and techniques when printing and painting. The children have created their own collages before using rollers and paint to create their weather artwork. Well done Year 1!

Reception trip to Manor Farm
Published 24/05/23Our Reception children thoroughly enjoyed their school trip to Manor Farm last week! The children enjoyed petting the animals in Pet's corner and they really enjoyed the Birds of Prey show. Everyone fell asleep on the bus on the way home!

Published 10/05/23The children in Bonsai Class enjoyed their Coronation Tea Party this afternoon! The children used natural materials to create items that would be needed for a tea party. The children have been learning lots of Coronation themed words this week too!

Coronation artwork!
Published 10/05/23Our Year 1 children have been creating some Coronation artwork in the style of Pablo Picasso. The children used rulers to support them in creating their pictures in the cubism style which was something Picasso used in his own paintings. Great work!

Our trip to the park!
Published 26/04/23Our Year 1 children thoroughly enjoyed their visit to the park yesterday. The children consolidated their Geography learning by drawing a map of the park. They talked about the human and physical features of the park and labelled their maps.
